Our Philosophy

 

We believe in the inherent worth of each student.  We recognize that each child is an individual, having a different background of experiences, interests, needs, and levels of maturity.  We feel that each unique being should have the opportunity to develop intellectually, socially, morally, emotionally, and physically to the highest level of his/her ability in an interrelated continuous program.  Thus, we accept the student as he/she is and strive to develop our program around his/her interests, needs, and abilities . We realize that with the changing world, interests of our students will be changing...thus we as a school will remain flexible and able to adapt our purposes to meet these changing situations.
