Second Place Winners!
Middle School Battle of the
Books 2009-2010
The G. R.
Whitfield Elementary Battle of the Books team finished in
First place in the Pitt County Schools competition on March
11, 2010.
The
G.R.Whitfield Cougars continued on to win the Regional
competition too so now they will go on to Greensboro on May
7, 2010 to compete at the State level!!! Wish them luck!

SAVE
2009-2010
The
SAVE club raised $865.00 for Haiti relief. The club
presented the Red Cross with a check!
