Parent Visitation Policy

We encourage all parents to come to the school to visit and /or eat lunch with their child.
If a parent wishes to observe class, we do request advanced notice.
Visitors during instructional time can cause children to get off task and compromise testing time.

Parents wishing to conference with teachers should contact the teacher to schedule a time that is convenient for both the parent and the teachers.
Parents coming to school with their children should stop by the office to sign in and get a visitor’s pass.
Teachers are here at 7:30 but are often involved in greeting students and starting their instructional day.

If you need to walk your child to class, please do not interrupt the teacher’s morning activities to conference.
School dismisses at 2:30. Please do not sign children out prior to 2:30 unless it is an emergency since this also is a disruption to class instructional time.
We appreciate your support and adherence to this visitation policy.
