We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who assisted us with our Annual Band Fruit Sale. It was yet again another success. Thank- you for all of your efforts. Please remember all fruit will be delivered to SCHS the 1st week of December. We will make an official announcement with a specific date and time by automated call and letters home.

SUB- COMMITTEES/ OFFICERS NEEDED
Listed are Sub- Committees that strongly need parental support and participation. We encourage chairperson volunteers for these committees which will be the committee representative to communicate with the Executive Board. Remember Sub- Committees will meet as needed and scheduled between the chairperson and the committee. We also have officer positions that we would like to have filled. Please submit your nomination to my email and we will make an official announcement after the Executive Board Meeting:

To provide fundraising ideas, support and activities for approval in support of Band Students and the Band Program
PARTNERSHIP/ MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
To promote partnerships and memberships between the Band Boosters, Parents, SCHS, local business and the community
FOOD/ REFRESHMENT COMMITTEE
To provide refreshments for all band activities
DISTRIBUTION COMMITTEE
To provide support in getting fundraising merchandise to students
PLANNING/ DECORATING COMMITTEE
To search locations for upcoming events and to decorate for any benefit programs
CHAPERONE/ SUPERVISION COMMITTEE
To assist and support the Band Director in the safety and protection of all band students
(Please see Executive Board for specification guidelines)
TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE
To assist in transporting and assisting with band equipment
