   Important Information regarding Kindergarten Enrollment for the 2010-2011 School Year

             To register your child, please bring the following information:

· Proof of age (certified birth certificate or other document approved by the principal)

· Court order for guardianship (if student is living with someone other than the parent)

· Proof of residency (two documents)

· Immunizations/shot record and Kindergarten Health Assessment

· Early registration will ensure bus transportation on the first day of school
